- Strategic Oversight (OptiWealth+) refers to non-discretionary allocation architecture and cross-portfolio coordination services.
- Hybrid / SPV Participation refers to structured capital participation through Special Purpose Vehicles or segmented allocation frameworks.
- Custodian / Banking Institution refers to regulated third-party institutions responsible for holding or safeguarding client assets.
- Eligible Investor refers to an individual or entity meeting classification standards under applicable regulatory frameworks.
